She was predeceased by: her parents, Milton Calhoon and Esta Calhoon; her husband Robert Dittmeyer; her sisters, Dorothy Lee Frazier and Sharon Louise Thomas; her grandson Christopher Lee Brawley; and her great grandchild Jessie Lee Corey.

She is survived by: her son Larry Brawley of Pampa; her sister Jean Hoppe of Ada, Oklahoma; and her grandson Gary Brawley. She is also survived by many great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and cousins.

Lois then went to work for the Marie Foundation for 17 years until they closed.
