He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy McKay and Alice McKay; his wife JoAnn Gattis; his siblings, Henry McKay and Rachel Robinson; his daughter Linda Ellis; and his grandchildren, Cody Ellis and JoAnn "JoJo" Morehart.
He is survived by: his children, Rhonda Morehart (John) of Pampa and Bobby McKay (Leyla) of Broken Arrow, Oklahoma; his siblings, Gerald McKay (Dolores) of Borger and Jean Seebree of Sayre, Oklahoma; his brothers-in-law, Richard Gattis of Pampa and Ronnie Gattis of Jasper, Texas; his sister Shirley Hutchinson (Dewey) of Pampa; and his grandchildren, Ricky Morehart (Ashley) of Fate, Dylan Ellis (Jessica) of Tulsa, Chayce McKay Glenn (Logan Glenn) and Karson McKay of Colorado Springs, Colorado. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
