It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Koby Starnes (Pampa, Texas), who passed away on December 3, 2019, at the age of 26, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Chris R. Starnes and Lori Green; his grandparents, Ray, Bobbie Green, Larry and Linda Starnes; his brother Seth Starnes of Canadian; his stepsiblings, Clayton Mitchell, Chase Voss, Branden Breyde, Timothy Ott, Megan Gragg, Maciee Voss and Brittany Hoffman-Dunn; and his pet Aspen Marie. He was also cherished by many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
