He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Gertrude Robinson, Raymond and Rae Jean O'Neal. He is survived by: his parents, Carl O'Neal and Frances Robinson O'Neal of Pampa; his daughters, Kebi Allen and Tarra Schpansky of Bartlesville, Oklahoma; his brothers, Chris O'Neal of Bentonville and Colin O'Neal of Keller; his aunts, Rita Robinson of Pampa and Diane Johnson (Ronnie) of Valley View; and his uncle Sammie O'Neal of Fort Worth. He is also survived by 3 grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
