He is survived by: his wife Tammye Maple; his children, Kelly Lane (April) of Elk City, Oklahoma, Kendra Lane and Kara Hacker (Tyler) of Weatherford, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Sawyer, Brewer, Evan, Addison, Chester and Reese; his sister Connie Rippetoe (Roy); his brother-in-law Wade Jackson (Nancy); and his uncle Don Maple. He is also survived by numerous cousins and other extended family.
