He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse Pyle and Earma Pyle; his wife Donna Baker; and his brother Lynn Pyle. He is survived by: his sons, Jared Pyle and Jacob Pyle (Taylor); his granddaughters, Lyra and Halleigh Pyle; his siblings, Carla Taylor (Clint), Willaina Alexander and Larry Wayne Pyle (Wilma); and his niece Amy Woodruff. He is also survived by numerous other nieces and nephews.
