He was predeceased by: his parents, David Fisher and Myrtle Searl Rogers; his wife Mitzie Fisher; his sisters, Marie Fisher and Mona Campbell; his nephew Brandon Poteet; and his niece Cassidy Fisher.
He is survived by: his children, William Fisher (Esmeralda) of Cooper, Ashley Medley of Pampa, Sarah Medley-Hinshaw (Savanah) of Pampa, Nikki Medley of Amarillo and Jackie Kindle (Derek) of Pampa; his brothers, Alan Fisher of Pampa and Rodney Fisher (Paula) of Pampa; his grandchildren, Zamora, Devon, Daxlyn, Daxtyn, Karlee, Bryson, Ashton, Benny, Emmery, Rythem, Sayge, Michael, Storie, Madison, Kaleb, Bridget, Ma'Kayla, Alexandra and Katherine; and his nieces and nephews, Stephanie Liston (Russell), Ashley Dunham (Brandon), Amber Williams (Tyson) and Aaron Fisher.
