He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Ray Randall and Margaret Randall; his wife Rhonda Riggs; his brother Steve Randall; his daughters, Kristi Stokes (Alvin) of Pampa and Kim Canaday (Steve) of Pampa; his sisters, Teresa Dalrymple (Wade) of Pampa and LeAnn Wood (Eddie) of Portland, TX; his grandchildren, Kasadie Samora (Erick), Kellan Stokes, Callyer Stokes, Corwin Stokes, Kayton Stokes and Coltan Randall; and his great grandchildren, Everlee and Ember Somora.
Should donations be preferred, the family suggest they be made to the City of Pampa, PO Box 2499, Pampa, TX 79066, to the Attention of Pampa Fire Department in honor of Kelvin.
