She was predeceased by: her parents, Leroy Welch and Maudie Welch; her daughter Jennifer Ann Welch; and her granddaughter Casey Wells. She is survived by: her husband Gary; her daughter Jamie Welch (Matt Gutierrez); her stepdaughters, Penny Cole of Pampa, Sarah Edward (Scott) of Pampa and Kim Cole of Florida; and her siblings, Anna Gamble (Scott) of Pampa, Raymond Welch (Kelly) of Austin, Randy Welch of Pampa and Robert Welch (Barbara) of Muscogee, Oklahoma. She is also survived by two grandchildren, two step grandchildren; and four great step grandchildren.
