She was predeceased by: her parents, John T. McCollar and Mary Susie Clark McCollar; her former husband Howard J. Price; her husband Marvin Slaymaker; and her daughter Majana Price.
She is survived by: her son Mike Price (Cathy) of Pampa; her stepchildren, Sherry Slaymaker of Denver, CO, Kerry Slaymaker (Suzette) of Enid, OK, Nick Slaymaker (Jana) of Noble, OK, Julie Slaymaker, Max of El Reno, OK and Geri Shufelberger (Carl) of Pampa; her grandchildren, Juston Williams of Fort Worth, Melisa Jones (Burton) of Pampa, Ashley Price of Pampa and Lindsey Phillips (Justin) of Lubbock; and her daughter-in-law Sharon Price of Lubbock. She is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
