He was predeceased by: his parents, Wayne Howell and Kitsey Howell; and his siblings, Bernie Ratliff and Clara Bias. He is survived by: his wife Maxine Slater; his daughter Steffanie Webb (Kevin) of Carrollton; his grandchildren, Christopher Webb of Dallas, Kathryn Webb of Carrollton and Nicholas Webb of Carrollton; and his siblings-in-law, Nadine Moore of Pampa, Wayne Slater (Barbara) of Pampa and Kay Smith of Chesapeake, Virginia. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
