He is survived by: his mother Glenna Worthington of Seymour; his wife Sheri Worthington; his children, Shelby Licklider (Zach) of Pampa and Brandon Johnston (Shalyn) of Pampa; his siblings, Terry Worthington (Julie) of Prosper, Curtis Worthington of Abilene, Monty Worthington of Seymour, Karri Copeland (Tom) of Wichita Falls and Laura Reed (John) of Boyd; and his grandchildren, Cameron Johnston, Kellen Johnston and Sutton Licklider.
