He is survived by: his former wife Deborah O'Neal; his wife Debbie; his sons, Matthew John Bailey (Alisha) of Pampa, Mark Edward Bailey (Luzann) of Pampa and Luke Anthony Bailey (Jennifer) of Amarillo; his sisters, Judy Parker (Larry) of Pampa and Betty Sue Blevins of Pampa; his grandchildren, Tate, Logan, Ethan, Lane, Jarron, Noah, Shane and Sadie; his sisters-in-law, Kathy Johnson (Tim) of Pampa and Rebecca Chisum (Ron) of Amarillo; and his nieces and nephews, Shon Kysar, Julie Chadwick, Jason Kysar, John Forbes, Alan Parker, Josh Parsons, Jarrett Parsons, Patrick Parsons, Seth Lewis, Jacob Lewis, Christopher Lewis, Hollie Parsons, Sabrina Adams and Brock Parker. He is also survived by numerous great nieces, nephews, friends, and coworkers.
