It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe Conner (Pampa, Texas), who passed away on June 14, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Conner and Mary Conner; his spouse Dean Morris; and his niece Julie Whaley. He is survived by: his son Barry Conner (Penny) of San Leon; his siblings, Richard Conner (Pat) of Allen, Jim Conner of Pampa and Donna Eller (Tim) of Missouri City; and his grandson Garrett Conner (Lyndsey) of McKinney. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and many friends.
