He was predeceased by: his parents, Travis Keelin and Rosalie Keelin; and his brothers, Jimmy Keelin and Gene Keelin. He is survived by: his children, Katrina Cullers of Darrouzett, Jerilyn Ragan (Stacy) of Decatur, Kendra Sharp of Arlington and Troy Bradstreet (Malaine) of Mustang, Oklahoma; his grandchildren, Kayla Ridgway (Todd), Shelby Cullers, Jerrad Segura, Sherilyn Segura, Zane Ragan, Austin Sharp, Bailey Sharp, Troy Bradstreet, Jr. and Kelby Bradstreet; his great grandchildren, Hollis Ridgway, Sloane Ridgway, Grayson Baker, Gavin Baker and Peyton Bradstreet; and his brother Joey Keelin. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
