He was predeceased by: his grandmother Judy Ford; and his uncle Lathan Cox. He is survived by: his children, Morgan, Brinley, Taylin and Hayzen; his parents, Pam Crain of Pampa and Bill Cox of Bella Vista, AR; his grandparents, Jerry Ford, Frances Ford of Yukon, OK, Esley Cox and JoAnn Cox of Hinesville, AR; and his sisters, Ashley McKinney of Pampa and Staci Davis (Billy) of Borger. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
