She was predeceased by: her parents, Barbara McDowell and Mason Winegeart; her husbands, Samuel Hoover and Allen Robinson; and her grandparents, Dolly, Fred Ferguson, Viola and W. M. Winegeart.
She is survived by: her children, Robert Hoover (Amber Haynes) and Jennifer Montealvo (Carl Zackery Lee); her siblings, David Winegeart and Brenda Winegeart; her grandchildren, Payton Winegeart, Kirsti Winegeart, Joshua Pate, Ethan Pate, Owen Haynes and Emma Haynes; her great grandchildren, Ayven Ramos and Izan Ramos; and her nephew Brendan Ponce of Pampa.
Should donations be a preference, Janet's family suggests they be made to Winegeart Funeral Home New Building Fund, 303 N. Frost Street, Pampa, TX 79065 in honor of their loved one.
