He is survived by: his wife Carolyn Shook; his children, Jim Shook, Jr. (Chel) of Amarillo, Tammy Carroll (John) of Pampa, Teresa Peters (Derek) of Pampa, David Shook (Verona) of Norwood, MO and Buddy Shook (Angie) of Pampa; his grandchildren, Jamie Shook, Daryl Roach (Chasity), Marke Shook (Amy), Bentley Shook, Tyler Smith (Tori), Taylor Smith (Clarisa), Kaylan Smith, Jessica Plunk (Misti), Christy Ladd (Cody), Ricky Claar (Veronica), Brodie Peters (Sara), Zach Peters (Brooke), Katelyn Montano (Tim), Shay Shook (Nick), David Shook (Jon), Dakota Shook, Kylie Shook (JJ), Bryce Shook, Colton Shook, Austin Odell (Alec), Kallea Villalpando (Saul), Charlee Shook, Zoe Shook and Cienna Shook; and his sister-in-law Lillian Shook of Jackson, Ohio. He is also survived by 23 great-grandchildren; four great great-grandchildren.
