He was predeceased by: his wife Donna Trout; his sister Betty Jo Yates; his children, Steven Fulton of Pampa, Kenny Fulton (Kelli) of Collinsville, Doug Fulton (Rebecca) of Pampa, Kevin Fulton (Cindy) of Pampa and Jamie Marchman (Dale) of Perryton; and his sisters-in-law, Bonnie Baker of Amarillo, Joyce Ortega of Amarillo and Maudie Alexander of Lefors.
He is survived by: his brother Cecil Fulton of Holbrook, AZ; and his brother-in-law Cecil Ferguson of Pampa. He is also survived by nine grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren, and one greatgrandchild.
