She was predeceased by: her parents, Mario Portillo and Ramona Portillo; her siblings, Ramona Portillo, Isidro Portillo and David Portillo; and her niece Dora Portillo.
She is survived by: her husband Gerardo DeLaTorre; her children, Araceli Mejia (Juan), Viviana DeLaTorre and Gerardo DeLaTorre, Jr. (Jessica); her grandchildren, Johnny, Issac, Nahum, Yelin, Austyn, Ryder and Lexy; her great grandchild Ayden; and her siblings, Patricia Cabrales, Felipe Portillo and Ernesto Portillo. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
