He was predeceased by: his parents, Thurman Lusk and Wynona Lusk (Johnson); and his sister Sharon Lusk. He is survived by: his wife Anne Lusk; his children, Bob Lusk (Melanie) of Canadian, Steve Lusk (Amy) of Ponca City, OK, Matt Hinton (Katherine) of Pampa, Ross Hinton of Pampa and Holly Sheridan (Kevin) of Needville, TX; and his sister Jean Lindemann (Kenneth) of Amarillo. He is also survived by one niece, one nephew and numerous grandchildren; and great-grandchildren.
