It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Frances Treat of Pampa, Texas, who passed away on October 11, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Homer Chapman and Hazel Chapman; and her husband Steve Wesley Treat. She is also survived by one brother; two daughters; five grandchildren; eight great grandchildren.
