He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Earl and Mildred Cash (Perry); his wife Lorine Ware; and his siblings, Larry Cash, Darrell Cash, Faye Henry and Margaret Nickelberry.
He is survived by: his sister Claudette Deason of Pampa. He is also survived by Eight grandchildren, twenty-one great grandchildren and one great great grandchild.
