He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan DeLeon and Valentina DeLeon; his former wife Savas; his son-in-law Alfonso Sandoval; his granddaughters, Magdalene DeLeon and Christina DeLeon; and his great grandchild Bryer Chavez.
He is survived by: his wife Gloria DeLeon; his children, Sara (Frank), Sandra (Emil), Johnny (Sue), Sabas (Ruben), Cecilia (Lorenzo), Estella (Chente), Delfino, Ricky (Sherri), Alicia and Jesse (Billy); and his close friend Chicho. He is also survived by four stepdaughters; one stepson; 25 grandchildren; 46 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren; six bonus grandchildren; and his faithful fur baby.
A rosary was held on Wednesday, December 11th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Carmichael Whatley Colonial Chapel (600 N Ward St, Pampa, TX 79065). A funeral Mass was held on Thursday, December 12th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the St. Vincent DePaul Catholic Church (810 W 23rd Ave, Pampa, TX 79065).
