She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Chumbley and Reta Chumbley. She is survived by: her husband Jim Hart; her daughters, Emily Hart (Levi Keeling) of Pampa and Kaitlyn Hart (David Allen) of Pampa; her grandson Zaiden Allen of Pampa; her brothers, Terry Wayne Chumbley (Dana) of Pampa and Todd Allen Chumbley (Cheryl) of Pampa; and her pet Bleu. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
