He was predeceased by: his mother Inez Gibson. He is survived by: his father Philip Gibson; his wife Sue Gibson; his children, Traci Wells (Dwayne) of Waco and Brad Gibson (Lisa) of Pampa; his grandchildren, Joshua Gibson-Roark (Jeremy) of Amarillo, Cassie Willis (Jacob) of Andrews, Benjamin Gibson (Natalie) of Pampa, Cali Noble (Bryant) of Pampa, Andrew Wells of Waco and Nathan Wells of Waco; his great grandchildren, Easton, Addyson, Hallie, Blythe, Colbie, Crosby, Bradley, Hayes, Sloan, Bryer and Beker Phillip; and his sister Diane Gibson of Amarillo.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, December 17th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Carmichael - Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory (600 N Ward St, Pampa, TX 79065). A graveside service was held on Wednesday, December 18th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Fairview Cemetery (1500 Duncan St, Pampa, TX 79065).
In lieu of flowers, memorials can be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
