He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert Rodriguez and Georgia Ramirez Rodriguez; his wife Marcella Rodriguez; and his siblings, Andrew Albert Rodriguez, Ray Rodriguez and Emma Rodriguez Marquez.
He is survived by: his children, Daniel D. Rodriuez, Jr. of Pampa, Joe Ray Rodriguez of Amarillo, Melinda Rodriguez Hernandez of Pampa and Yvonne Arredondo of Pampa; and his siblings, Freddy Rodriguez of Amarillo, John Ramirez of New Mexico, Victor A. Ramirez, Sr. of Claude and Stella Villa of Fredericksburg. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and numerous other extended family.
