He is survived by: his wife Alma Elmoe Lewis of Pampa, TX; his sons, Alva Ferguson (Annabell) of Pampa, TX and Clinton Lewis (Keri) of Canyon, TX; his son-in-law Michael Griffis of Hawkins, TX; his grandchildren, Adrian Elam, Avery Ferguson of Pampa, TX, Colton Griffis of Hawkins, TX, Hunter Lewis of Canyon, Reagan Lewis of Canyon and Hollyn Lewis of Canyon; and his siblings, Gail Lewis (Linda) of Streetman, TX, Jimmy Lewis (Nancy) of Fargo, Oklahoma, Glenda Stoner (Ken) of Coweta, Janice Stamm (Marty) of Gainesville, Cheryl Matlock of Tulsa and Alice Lewis of Tulsa, Oklahoma. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
