We are sad to announce that on June 11, 2023, at the age of 58, Clifton Norris of Pampa, Texas passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Bill Norris and Gloria Rasco Norris; and his brother Bruce Norris. He is survived by: his daughter Heather Ortiz (Mario) of Nunn, Colorado; his grandchildren, Elliot Ortiz of Nunn, Colorado and Maisie Ortiz of Nunn, Colorado; his brother Grady Norris (Cheyenne) of Rising Star; and his nephew Chad Norris of Pampa.
