He was predeceased by: his grandmothers, Stella Mae Lankford and Althea Guist. He is survived by: his parents, Melba Sorrell of Pampa and Robert Sorrell of Dripping Springs; his daughter Maddison Grace Sorrell of White Deer; his siblings, Heather Jones (David) of Claremore, Oklahoma and Stephen Sorrell (Jennifer) of Amarillo; his wife Staci Jo Sorrell of Pampa; and his nieces and nephews, Kayla Wolfe, Julie Jones, Stella Sorrell, Scarlett Sorrell, Dean Sorrell and Dylan Sorrell.

Visitation was held on Friday, October 4th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Carmichael - Whatley Funeral Directors and Crematory (600 N Ward St, Pampa, TX 79065). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, October 5th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the First Methodist Church (201 E Foster Ave, Pampa, TX 79065).
