It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Carol Neil of Pampa, Texas, who passed away on October 29, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Harold Quayle and Betty Quayle; her husband Joseph Neil; her daughter Tracy Sue Martin; her brothers, Monte Quayle and Scott Kringer; her grandson Jason Wayne Woodward; her son-in-law Doug Winkleblack; her daughters, Marsia Allard (Chuck) of Canaan, Teresa Perry of Kernersville, Angie Williams (Chris) of Thornton, Debbie McDonald (Robert) of McLean, Sonya Sweeney (Jeff) of Pampa and Toni White (Shane) of Tecumseh, Oklahoma; her siblings, Max Quayle of New Hampshire, Brad Quayle of Joplin, Missouri, Melissa DePew of Vandalia, Susie Engle of Decatur, DeLinda Ferrill of Greenville and Laura Washburn of Joplin, Missouri; her stepmother Lela Briley of Joplin, Missouri; her grandchildren, Gary Rauscher, Sarina Popp (Jordon), Brandon Allard, Madison McNealy, Kevin Paulsson (Brooke), Sarah Paulsson, Taunua Martin, Robert Martin, Joshua Williams (Jakie), Jessica Williams (Chris), Brianna Regas (Tim), LaShonda Whittington (Danny), Jesse Parks (Nicole), Haylea Meadows (Burl), Garrett McDonald, Ashlee Davis (Keenan), Jeffrey Sweeney (Melanie), K'Leigh Douglas (Reese), Roper Sweeney (Hunter Roberts), Shane White and Eric Hendrickson (Stephanie); her great grandchildren, Nathan, Jason, Breannah, Brittany, Nate, Josh, Makenzie, Blake, Shariden, Shaylynn, Addie, Cayson, Brycen, Gracie, Charlotte, Bree Ryan, Clayton, Hendrix, Ryver, Sylar, Jensen, Aliza, Charlie, Savannah, Aurora and Stelios; and her close friend Margaret Inmon. She was also cherished by numerous nieces, nephews, and extended family.
