She was predeceased by: her significant other Billy McKeen; her parents, Jewell Herring (Judy) and Robert A. Herring; her son Timothy Capell; and her siblings, Robert G. Herring and Sonya Herring.
She is survived by: her children, Gerry Douglas, Kim Johnson (Ken), Uvonnia Forbes, Brandy Winters (Brian), Brittanie Hernandez (Vanessa), Keith Kelley and Charidee Kelley; and her sister Barbara Herring. She is also survived by 24 grandchildren, 35 greatgrandchildren; three great-greatgrandchildren; and other extended family.
