He was predeceased by: his parents, Billy Andrew Turner, Sr. and Winifred Mae Edis Turner; and his sister Jennifer Tomlinson. He is survived by: his wife Barbara Turner; his daughters, Tami Ellis (Ron) of Rockaway Beach, Cathy Horton (Jerry) of Claude, Cheri Massey (Michael) of Beeville and Cassie Shirley (Tim) of Harrodsburg, Kentucky; his grandchildren, Shanna Boily, Andrew "Andy" Akins, Ashley Akins, Jeremy Horton, Elizabeth Pike, Heather Cooper, Kayla Massey, John Massey, Macy-Kate Shirley and Evan Shirley; and his siblings, Loretta Turner of Pampa, Nelda Copeland (Randy) of Pampa, Dexter Turner (Janie) of Fort Worth, Christina McCown (Robert) of White Deer and Neil Turner (Usha) of Edmond, Oklahoma.. He is also survived by 7 great-grandchildren.
