It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Ray Klapper of Pampa, Texas, who passed away on September 10, 2024, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Phillip Klapper and Minnie Gooding Klapper; his wife Roberta Klapper; and his siblings, Dorothy Goodson, Joe Klapper, Gene Klapper and Johnnie Taylor.
He is survived by: his daughters, Deborah Yeates (David) of Victoria and Elizabeth Wilson of Palestine; his grandchildren, Rebecca Yeates, Darrel Yeates (Lauren), Mandy Wilson (James), Cody Ray Wilson (Christi), Dusty Wilson and Drake Wilson (Brandy); his great grandchildren, Maddux Yeates, Daniel Yeates, Lacey Krawietz, Haylie Dixon, Hayden Dixon, Harlyn Ray Wilson, Gunner Wilson, Isabella Wilson and Samantha Wilson; his stepchildren, Kathy Taylor (Charlie), Regina Dye, Glenda Briscoe and Doug Watson; and his stepgrandchildren, Autumn Sloan, Whitney Wagers, Dillon Dossey, Robby Briscoe, Lea Ann Joy, Terra Rhodes, Josalyn Penner, Shelton Watson and Ricky Watson. He is also survived by 23 step-great-grandchildren.
