It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Gowdy (Pampa, Texas), who passed away on May 7, 2020, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, W. P. Dallas and Lucinda Dallas of Elk City, Oklahoma.; her husband Kenneth Gowdy; her brother Lando Dallas; her daughters, Kristy Irby of Benbrook, Lori Kidd of Pampa and Polly Dougless of Hobbs; her siblings, Dorma Lee Johnson of Elk City, OK, Vinita Powell of Oklahoma City, OK and Franklin Dallas (Betty) of Phoenix Arizona; her grandchildren, Jennifer Kidd, Kevin Kidd of Pampa, Josh Dougless of Hobbs, Dylan Dougless of Midland and Brooke Irby of Ponder; and her great grandchildren, Walker, Trystan, Kendell, Aiden, Justus, Adah May, Sarah and Shelby. She was also cherished by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers a memorial may be made to the Alzheimer's Association.
