He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Hulsey and Bertha Tackett Hulsey; his wife Betty Jo Tackett; and his siblings, Vernice Shouse, Paul Hulsey and Jack Hulsey.
He is survived by: his daughter Suzie Terry (Donnie) of Pampa; his brother Bob Hulsey (Noma) of Perryton; his grandchildren, Billy Stowers of Pampa and Cassidy Yates (Brandon) of Pampa; and his great grandchildren, Brenton Stowers of Pampa, Taylor Stowers of Pampa, Ella Hollon of Pampa and Kaden Yates of Pampa.
