She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Keith Robert and Leona Fay Runner Tharp; her husband Dr. Harry Vanderpool; her sons, Judge Phil Vanderpool (Gladys) of Pampa and Pat Vanderpool of Tucumcari; her grandchildren, Catherine Vanderpool of Norman, Oklahoma, Stephen Vanderpool (Brooke) of Groom and Keith Vanderpool of Amarillo; her great grandchild Lincoln Vanderpool of Groom; her nieces, Laura Tharp of Dallas, Val King of Dallas and Carol Luscomb (Burl) of Dallas; her siblings, Jo Brian and K. R. Tharp; and also Dora Bustamante of Pampa.
