With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Anne Stobbe of Pampa, Texas, born in Cleveland, Ohio, who passed away on October 6, 2020 at the age of 77. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur Stobbe and Ruth Hartman Stobbe; and her brother Paul Wilbur Stobbe. She is survived by: her pet Taco; her cousin David Heinz of Kailua-Kona; and her friend Terri Jolly of Amarillo.
