Alta Carpenter Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Alta Carpenter of Pampa, Texas, born in Hereford, Texas, who passed away on June 19, 2022 at the age of 78. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Alta Carpenter to pay them a last tribute.
She is survived by: her children, Johnnie Estep, Jr. and Thomas Leal (Shina) of Bovina; her siblings, Gelene, Kenneth, Gene and Homer; her granddaughter Ahava Miears; her children, Danny Estep, Sr. of Pampa, Randy Estep of Fort Smith, AR, Kathy Reed (Roy) of Pampa, Debbie Estep of Pampa and Amanda Leal (Chris Delacruz) of Amarillo; and her siblings, Ralph Stacy, Charles "Red" Stacy, Linda Wood and Virginia Stacy. She is also survived by 19 grandchildren; 14 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild and a vast number of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Should memorials be a preference, the family suggests donations be made to The Carpenter's Church, 639 Barnes Street, Pampa, TX 79065 in honor of Faye.
