He was predeceased by: his mother Hilda Guerra Bazan; and his grandparents, Oralia Guerra and Armando Guerra. He is survived by: his father Victor Bazan; his siblings, Rosemarie Bazan and Enrique Leonel Bazan; his grandparents, Rosemarie Avalos and Leonel Bazan; and his stepmother Marissa Bazan.
