He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Cochran and Minnie Cochran; his son Roy R. Cochran; his daughter-in-law Angie Cochran; and his siblings, Garland "Hank" Cochran, Butch Cochran, Barbara Dykes, Sybil Faye Moore and Mary Ann Cochran.
He is survived by: his wife Kathleen Spees of Palmview, TX; his children, Jeffery Lee Cochran (Susan) and Lynnell Antionette Kane (Danny); and his sister Berth Pace of Greenville, MS. He is also survived by six grandchildren; three great grandchildren.
