He was predeceased by: his parents, Marion Leslie and Thelma Jordan (Nicklas); his sister Patricia L. Winslow; and his pets, Polly, Chia and Emme.

He is survived by: his wife Margaret Lynne Kurtz of Palmer; his daughter Shannon Shadburn (Mark); his grandchildren, Bailey Jordon Manning (Nalley), Cami Lynne Manning (Gunnar Barnes) and Tanner Shadburn; his great grandchildren, River Lynne Barnes, Raven Leigh Barnes and Millie Arlene Manning; and his nephew Shawn Scott (Janie). He is also survived by family members and friends.
