She was predeceased by: her parents, Teodora and Jose Morales; her brothers, Joe Montoya, Theodore and Lolo; her grandson Adrian Zayden Jay Alvarado; her niece Jessica Juarez; her nephew Frank Morales; and her great-niece Miranda Gonzales.
She is survived by: her sons, Fabian Alvarado (Monica Alvarado) and Adrian Alvarado (Erika Esqueda); her siblings, Mary May, Margaret Rosa Juarez, Janie Juarez, Silia Tagle, Raymond Ortiz, Jesse Juarez, Juan Juarez, Sr. (Isabel Juarez), Lorenzo Juarez, Nino Juarez and Armando Juarez; her grandchildren, Fabian, Gage, Juliann Robert Trevino, Imari Nicole Alvarado, Elijah Lomas, Amie Lomas and Genesis Esqueda; her great grandchild Zan Alvarado; and also, Lola and Kaine Alvarado. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews.
