He is survived by: his children, Cassie Lusk and Mike Van Zandt (Ann); his grandchildren, Axl Lusk, Troy Jester, Isaac Van Zandt and Dane Bachynsky; his great grandchildren, Alex and Carmeron Jester; his sister Bobbie Waddle; and his siblings-in-law, Peggy Van Zandt, Sue Van Zandt and Leon Stewart. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews and friends.
