He was predeceased by: his parents, William A. Holder and Lela Lee Barfield Holder; and his grandparents, Lute Hampton Barfield, Aggie Ella Barfield (Beasley), Andrew Jackson Holder and Carrie Littleton Holder.
He is survived by: his cousin Paula Karm Ford; and his husband Burt R. Ford.
