He is survived by: his wife Pattie; his children, Sumer (Cody Kutach), James (Sara) and Adam (Elesha); his sisters, Anna Lewis and Florence Chandler; and his grandchildren, Madison Nelson, Logan Davis, Bethany Davis, Aiden Davis, Shelby Kutach and Jemma Kutach.
