He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick Travis Neel and Genevieve Batavia Hill; and also Carla Rawson of Palestine, Texas.. He is survived by: his wife Marilyn Ann Neel; his children, Austin Frederick Neel of Tyler, Jordan Boyd Neel of Plano and Jenna Catherine Hayes (Rodney Blake Hayes) of Tyler, Texas; and his brother Gregg Neel (Lezlee) of Granbury.
