With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Leroy Joseph Schmoeller Jr. of Palestine, Texas, born in Alton, Illinois, who passed away on September 4, 2024 at the age of 86. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, LeRoy J. Schmoeller, Sr. and June L. Winters Schmoeller; and his brothers, David Schmoeller and Thomas W. Schmoeller. He is survived by: his wife Eva Mae Baker of Kearney; his son Terry Jay Schmoeller of Waco; his sister Linda Ressler of Brighton; and his sister-in-law Diane Schmoeller of Mooreville.
