She was predeceased by: her father Roger W. Spain. She is survived by: her mother Bettie L Spain; her husband Billy Richbourg; her stepchildren, Debbie and Rodney; her daughters, Amber Tedder and Joi Garner; her children-in-law, Micheal Tedder and Logan Elkins; and her siblings, Chris Spain and Janet Hassell Hutcheson (Clifford). She is also survived by her 4 grandsons and 1 great grandchild from her 2 daughters and her 3 grandchildren.
