He was predeceased by: his mother Maria Aguilar Herrera; his wife Glenda Herrera; his son Wesley Boyde; and his sister Maria Rivera. He is survived by: his father Guadalupe Herrera (Elida); his children, Danny Johnson of Longview, Jason Herrera (Addie) of Dallas, Tracey Delorey (William) of Longview, Angela Faulk (Brian) of Palestine and Marcella McKenzie of Missouri; and his siblings, Guadalupe Jesse Herrera Jr. of Buffalo, Armando Herrera (Delia) of Poteet, David Herrera of Pleasanton, Mark Herrera of Pleasanton, Teresa Herrera of Pleasanton and Casey Deleon (Kenneth) of Pleasanton. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 18 great-grandchildren, and numerous other loving family and friends.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Memory Funeral Home (3434 TX-256 Loop, Palestine, TX 75801). A funeral service will be held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 3:00 PM at the same location.
